What is it?

What is normal when it comes to direct and indirect communication with others can differ greatly from one culture to another. Depending on your cultural background, you may perceive different levels of directness as something positive or negative, polite or impolite, clear and easy to interpret or downright difficult to detect the real message behind someone’s words.

Is this course eligible for CPD points?

Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a certificate which details the commitment involved. This allows HR departments to make a determination as to the allocation of CPD points for successful completion of our courses, according to their own internal CPD systems.
