Learn to effectively address complaints, confidently lead and engage in team meetings, assertively and respectfully delegate tasks, and handle sensitive issues in the workplace.

Develop your communication skills and gain confidence ready to transition into or enhance your performance in a supervisory or managerial position.

Who is this course aimed at?

This course is aimed at those who can speak fluently without much obvious searching for expressions, present clear, detailed descriptions of complex subjects and understand a variety of speakers in both formal and informal contexts.
