risk tolerance and planning

What is it?

Cultures around the world view risk tolerance and planning differently. That is, what exactly risk is, and what acceptable levels of it may be. So if attitudes and behaviours towards risk vary so greatly, how does a company working internationally or one consisting of multicultural teams plan for risk effectively? This course looks at how to do just that.
